簡(jiǎn)單方法，研究細(xì)胞代謝!

試劑廠家LUXCEL提供獨(dú)有的時(shí)間分辨熒光探針技術(shù)，令研究者可在 BMG高端TRF熒光酶標(biāo)儀上用細(xì)胞或分離的線粒體進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的，高通量的和實(shí)時(shí)的胞外氧消秏量(ecOCR)，胞內(nèi)氧消秏量(icOCR)和胞外酸化率(ECA)等代謝指標(biāo)檢測(cè)。

綜合不同LUXCEL試劑，研究者可在同一樣本中進(jìn)行多個(gè)細(xì)胞代謝，線粒體功能與毒性指標(biāo)檢測(cè)(e.g. ORC，ECA和ATP) 。
