描述此細(xì)胞株分離自一個(gè)原發(fā)性結(jié)腸癌。 當(dāng)細(xì)胞長(zhǎng)滿時(shí),表現(xiàn)出典型的腸細(xì)胞分化。 Caco-2細(xì)胞表達(dá)維生素A酸結(jié)合蛋白I和維生素結(jié)合蛋白II,角蛋白陽(yáng)性。

培養(yǎng)基和添加劑含 1.5g/L 碳酸氫鈉,0.1mM 非必需氨基酸,1.0mM 丙酮酸鈉,2mM L-谷氨酰胺和Earle's BSS的EMEM,80%; 胎牛血清或新生牛血清, 20%;駾MEM + 10% FBS 或 NBS.
