Application example
Confocal microscopy on immunofluorescently detected APG7 in cytospin-isolated human white blood cells using Rabbit antibody to ATG7: whole serum (AS13 2699) at a dilution of 1: 100, incubated for 1 h at room temperature. The cells were double-stained for APG7 appearing in red and Myeloperoxidase (MPO) appearing in green. The cells were then counter stained with Hoechst Dye (blue colour). Here, the merged picture is presented.
