JOB TITLE: Automation Engineer – China

JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
The Automation Engineer – China position has two general purposes:
· Service and support of ABEC’s equipment installations in China
· Automation design, specification, programming, and testing to support ABEC’s systems projects
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Automation specification and test plan development and review
· PLC, DCS, and HMI programming for a variety of biopharmaceutical process equipment
· Automation testing – Bench, Factory, and Customer Sites
· Troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading of ABEC equipment installations
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3-5years experiencein process automation
· Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Software, Siemens, and/or Emerson DeltaVautomation platforms
· B.S. Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
· Ability to travel approximately 25%, mostly within China and occasionally to the US.
· Familiarity with ISA S.88
· Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a strong plus, including knowledge of GAMP 5
JOB TITLE: Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is responsible for top-line sales growth in China. The Sales Manager is ABEC’s primary customer interface and leadsthe sales of custom capital projects based on ABEC’s comprehensive products and services. As such, the Sales Managerhas the communication and analytical skills needed to sell total solutions in addition to individual equipment sets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Generate new leads and prospects.
· Qualify and develop opportunities.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans.
· Develop strongABEC relationships within accounts, both across functions and up to the executive level.
· Provide regular reporting of activities including forecasts and call reports.
· Provide input and analysis of market and industry trends.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 7years experience selling engineering services and/or capital equipment.Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business; technical degree preferred.
· Excellent negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to influence decision makers.
· Strong customer focus.
· Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· English language skills, both oral and written.
· Ability to travel.
