一、sales engineer銷售工程師
工作職責(zé):
Qualification
1.參與制訂團(tuán)隊(duì)銷售計(jì)劃、各項(xiàng)商務(wù)談判,簽訂、執(zhí)行銷售合同,完成各項(xiàng)銷售指標(biāo);
take part in making the tem sales plan and every business negotiation,resign and carry out the sales contract,finish all the sales target
2.開(kāi)發(fā)、維護(hù)所轄區(qū)域市場(chǎng)渠道銷售資源(代理商與經(jīng)銷商)和終端客戶資源,達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo);
develop and protect the sales marketing resourses in the related area and the terminal customer resources finish the sales target
3.負(fù)責(zé)收集和分析所轄區(qū)域生命科學(xué)儀器產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)需求信息和代理商資源;
in charge of collecting and analying the information of the market needs on science instrument and the sourses of the agent
4.協(xié)調(diào)各類客戶資源,配合市場(chǎng)部開(kāi)展展會(huì)、學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議與產(chǎn)品上市推廣活動(dòng);參與政府部門(mén)組織的大型項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)活動(dòng);
Coordinate different customer sourse and help the market department to hold the exhibition, academic conference and the promotion avtivities of the product. Take part in the large bidding activities which is organized by the goverment.
5. 配合商務(wù)部和財(cái)務(wù)部,協(xié)調(diào)銷售貨款的回收和貨物發(fā)運(yùn)等。
Cooperate with commercial department and financial department, coordinate with sales of payment and shipment of goods.
任職資格:
Candidate requirements
1.35歲以下,大;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷,生物、生物工程、醫(yī)療器械、醫(yī)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)工程、藥學(xué)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Younger than 35 years old , college degree or above, biological engineering, medical equipment, medicine, pharmacy, medical engineering, marketing and other related field;
2.至少具有2年以上的實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器銷售工作經(jīng)歷,熟悉生命科學(xué)儀器產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)和銷售渠道者優(yōu)先;
Have laboratory equipment sales experience at least more than two years ,be familiar to science instrument product market and sales market channel preferred
3.有良好的市場(chǎng)分析能力和反應(yīng)能力;
Have good ability to analy the market and to react.
4.有良好的人際溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神;
Good interpersonal communication ability and the team cooperation spirit
5.富有激情,能承受工作壓力,能夠適應(yīng)出差。
Full of passion, can work under pressure, can adapt to travel.
二、Sales manager 銷售經(jīng)理
工作職責(zé)Qualification:
1、銷售管理職位,負(fù)責(zé)其功能領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主要目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃;
Sales management position,be responsible for the main target and plan in its field.
2、制定、參與或協(xié)助上層執(zhí)行相關(guān)的政策和制度;
Formulate,participate in or assistant the leader to carry out related policy.
3、負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)的日常管理工作及部門(mén)員工的管理、指導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)及評(píng)估;
In charge of the department management daily and the management ,guidance,training and assessment of the employees in your department.
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織的銷售運(yùn)作,包括計(jì)劃、組織、進(jìn)度控制和檢討;
be responsible for the organized sales ,including the plan, organization, the control of the procedure and the review.
5、協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)設(shè)置銷售目標(biāo)、銷售模式、銷售戰(zhàn)略、銷售預(yù)算和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃;
Assist the Sales director to set up the sales target,sales mode,sales strategy,sales budget and award scheme.
6、建立和管理銷售隊(duì)伍,完成銷售目標(biāo);
Establish and manage the sales team and finish the sales target.
7、從銷售和客戶需求的角度,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)提供指導(dǎo)性建議。
to give the instructive advise on developing the product in the view of the customers
任職資格
qualification
1、?萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè);
College or above, marketing related major
2、2年以上銷售行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有上海市場(chǎng)醫(yī)療、科學(xué)儀器經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先;
have sales experience for more than three years, those who have the Shanghai medical or scientific instruments market can be first
3、具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關(guān)系,業(yè)績(jī)優(yōu)秀;
have good resourse or relationship of customer ,have achievement.
4、具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)分析、營(yíng)銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力;
have the abilities to do the market analysis,marketing ,promotion and can get along well with others Have the abilities to analysis and solve the probiem
5、有較強(qiáng)的事業(yè)心,具備一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
Be very responsible for the career and have the ability to be a leader.
三、檢測(cè)工程師
職位描述:
1、公司的檢測(cè)對(duì)象的上門(mén)檢測(cè);
2、新的檢測(cè)方法的開(kāi)發(fā);
3、檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理;
4、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其它事情。
崗位要求:
1、中專及以上教育經(jīng)歷;
2、一年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有在CMA 或CNAS企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮;
3、身體健康、可以抗壓;
4、有責(zé)任心;
5、有駕駛(C1)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。
